Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Kitlify is billed per month at ₹399 (or as agreed). Access is granted for the paid period and automatically ends when the period expires unless renewed.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by not renewing. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid period. There is no auto-charge — renewal is manual.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once account access has been granted, since access is enabled immediately for the paid period. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
