Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kitlify ("the Service"), operated by CreativeKafe ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Kitlify lets organizations create photo-frame campaigns and share public links where supporters can personalize and download images. Access is granted via paid subscription.

2. Accounts & Access

Accounts are created via invitation after payment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Payment

The Service is billed at ₹399 per month (or as otherwise agreed). Payment is collected manually. Access is enabled for the paid period and is disabled when the period ends unless renewed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and not to misuse, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Content & Privacy

Frame images you upload are stored by us. Supporter photos are processed entirely in the supporter's browser and are never uploaded to our servers. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.
